Bridget ROONEY, born Ireland married Patrick MURPHY, born Ireland. They are Georgeann's GGG-Grandparents. Their son John W. MURPHY was born 11 Aug 1826 - 13 Sep 1909. He married Eleanor WHITE and lived in Springfield, Ohio.  I recall a note that Eleanor could not read-which wouldn't be unusual for the time. I would love to have more information such as whether Bridget and Patrick came to the U.S., which port, where they lived in Ireland, etc.
